This page explains what Avenelis collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Account details you enter (name, email, phone, company, language), the professional licence you upload for verification, the listings and images you publish, your chat messages, your client records, and technical logs such as sign-in times.
Why we use it
To run your account, verify that you are a licensed professional, show your listings to other verified agents, deliver chat and notifications, produce your own reports, and keep the platform secure.
Services we rely on
Maps and nearby-place data come from OpenStreetMap, listing matching runs on our own AI service, and account emails are sent through an email provider. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We keep your session token in your browser so you stay signed in, plus your language and theme choice. These are needed for the product to work; we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Account and listing data stay while your account is open. Licence documents are kept for as long as your verification is valid. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can view and correct most of your data from your profile. You can also ask us for a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a particular use. We answer such requests within 30 days.
