These terms govern your use of Avenelis. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who the platform is for

Avenelis is a closed business network for real estate professionals. Listings, chat, and matching are available only to agents whose licence has been verified. It is not a consumer marketplace.

Your account and verification

You must give accurate details and upload a valid professional licence. Access to the network opens after our review. Keep your credentials to yourself: activity on your account is treated as yours.

Listings and content you publish

You remain responsible for every listing, image, and message you post, including its accuracy and your right to publish it. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or not yours to share.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the network, resell access, impersonate another agent, or use client data for anything the client did not agree to. Accounts that do are suspended.

Listing sharing and advisor interaction

Avenelis enables advisors to share listings and message directly with their network. Avenelis is not a party to and does not mediate commercial agreements between advisors. Your client data belongs solely to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise uninterrupted access, and AI suggestions are guidance rather than advice. If we change these terms materially we will tell you before the change takes effect.
